3DS Error While Suspending Games

The 3DS's ability to leave a game while keeping your progress intact appears to be encountering some errors. It does not affect all games all of the time; right now, it's reported in Asphalt 3D, Super Monkey Ball 3D, and Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition. And, of course, the error message given is of no help whatsoever. Super Mario Land Remade on Little Big Planet 2
