Should Skyward Sword Have Offered Multiple Control Options? Should the Next Wii U Title?

If anyone recalls, last year I stated the one thing working against Skyward Sword at the time is that motion controls may not catch on with everyone. Unlike traditional controls, which have become common place and accepted since the dawn of the NES, Motion Controls have been staunchly opposed by several "loud talking" gamers. They always viewed it as "impossible to improve the experience". Now, we all know that isn't necessarily the case, but it is true that motion controls will not be to everyone's liking. Especially since Skyward Sword does in fact respond better if you use slightly broader strokes than just wrist flicks. There is also the sunlight issue which affects the console's detection of the gyroscope in the controller. Not only that, would the game be "unplayable" without the controls? Highly unlikely, but the debate really boils down to: Should Nintendo have given Skyward Sword a traditional control option, and should they consider such things with the Wii U moving forward?...
