Aonuma Sends out Zelda Swapnote Teaser
Posted On 25 Feb 2012 By admin
Zelda director, Aonuma, recently gave Legend of Zelda fans a bit of a tease. Any 3DS owner who has played Ocarina of Time 3DS was greeted with a Swapnote image from Aonuma himself. The swapnote image as seen above asks if we are excited for more Zelda games. Is this some kind of a tease? [...]

Pre-Order Xenoblade Chronicles With GameStop, Get A Free Art Book!
Posted On 25 Feb 2012 By admin
Everyone in the US is pretty stoked that one part of operation rainfall - that's the Xenoblade Chronicles part - will be heading stateside on the 6th of April, this year. It's been a long wait coming for this stellar Japanese Wii RPG, and GameStop knows just how much the wait has killed the fans of the game. Which is exactly why GameStop is securing a free book, containing concept artwork of Xenoblade Chronicles, with every pre-order of the game. Not a bad pre-order bonus, if I do say so myself!...

Nintendo Patents Idea For Wii U Music Keyboard, And Manipulating Objects In 3-D Space
Posted On 25 Feb 2012 By admin
One of the video games' industry's more-recent gimmicks to fade into obscurity is the music/rhythm game... sure, we all played Rock Band and DJ Hero a couple years ago when those things were cool, but it's come to the point where the industry has realised that there's not much more innovation to be had in that genre - and, frankly, everyone's getting a little bored with it. Well it seems as though Nintendo hasn't given up on their Wii Music ideas just yet, as a recent patent has revealed the potential for an on-screen touchable keyboard, in the hands of the Wii U tablet controller... because, really, when you think about it, the most noticeable strength that we currently know about the Wii U controller is that the touch screen holds the potential for, if you will, infinite buttons. That's a lot of buttons. And not only that, but Nintendo has also revealed another patent displaying how the Wii U can manipulate objects within a three-dimensional space. Jump inside to get your head around this doozy!...

One of the many things that make Zelda games so much fun are the boss battles at the end of each dungeon. Some are fairly simple, and others can cause the player some difficulty to defeat. YouTuber mklachu has done a cover of Koloktos and Moldarach’s theme that plays during the boss battles on her [...]

Legend of Zelda: Link’s Kitty Adventure
Posted On 25 Feb 2012 By admin
You can find many things on the internet. The longer I browse the internet, the more I realize: people like cute cats. Seriously, there are thousands of photos of cute kittens and videos of cats doing silly things. I'm a cat and a dog person, so I am quite happy to indulge myself on the cuteness. Nintendo Gamer recently found 29 entertaining pictures of canines masquerading as Nintendo characters. Now it seems like the kitties are taking their turn, and it's adorable. I can't imagine the patience these cats must have though, because they are much less likely to allow their human companions dress them up than dogs are. Still, this is cute. If you are wondering why I am just sharing the kitties and not the doggies, it's because I have a kitty named Link. That is him to the left in the awesome collar my best friend got me for Christmas. The cats are after the jump, and yes, THERE ARE MANY LINK CATS. Do you have any pictures of your pets in Nintendo garb?...

Majora’s Mask 3D or new Nintendo 3DS Zelda Title?
Posted On 25 Feb 2012 By admin
The topic is simple, which one would you rather see released first? Just a few days ago Eiji Aonuma put out a swapnote release, hinting at a new Legend of Zelda. If you missed his previous post, he had this to say. “Hello, this is Aonuma, Nintendo’s Legend of Zelda producer. Did you enjoy The [...]
